  I love sheetz and make it a point to stop in when I'm on the road. Their (usually) well maintained and very clean. HOWEVER, this takes the cake for THE MOST disgusting sheetz I've ever been to. The coffee and soda stations were beyond unsanitary and dirty and look as though they haven't been wiped down in days. I bought a coffee and couldn't even find a clean surface to set it down. There was also, what appeared to be, MOLD growing growing in the creamer/coffee area. I tried to call (instead of leaving a negative review) and speak to the manager and got left on hold: there must not be a manager?I don't believe I'll be stopping here again!!!

  Yesterday my order got messed up, I called and spoke to the manager on duty, she was nice, she told me I can comeback the next day and I'll receive the correct order. Well I went in a few min ago, and the other manager was extremely rude. When I asked to speak with her, she said "I can't hear you, wait a second"...I waited, and waited...she continued to ignore me. So I walked out, I was gonna be late for work because I waited so long. As a manager myself I am beyond mad. Customers always come first. Especially those who has a issue they like addressed. I'm not sure I'm going to be taking my business to your store anymore.

  I have never had a problem during any of my numerous visits for morning caffeine aside from a forgotten cup off garlic butter once. Other than that the staff are friendly and you can get food with pretzel buns.
